How it works
- Send a requestUse the form on this page, or email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on your account.
- We confirm it's youWe reply from [email protected], usually within 2 business days, to confirm the request came from the account owner. This stops anyone else from deleting your account.
- We delete your dataWe delete your data within 30 days of confirming, and email you when it's done.
What we delete
- Your account and profile (name, email, picture, sign-in links)
- Your tasks, chats, files, notes, lists, routines and everything Nexthand remembers
- Your app connections and the access tokens for them
- Your waitlist signup
Copies in backups are overwritten as the backups expire. We may keep a minimal record that you asked for deletion, and anything the law requires us to keep, such as billing records. These are kept only as long as needed.
Remove access yourself, right now
Deleting your Nexthand data doesn't change your Google, Microsoft, Apple or Facebook account. To stop Nexthand from accessing those accounts immediately, remove it in their settings too:
- Google: myaccount.google.com/connections
- Microsoft: account.live.com/consent/Manage (work or school accounts: myapps.microsoft.com)
- Apple: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Nexthand → Stop Using Apple ID
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Nexthand → Remove
Only want to delete some of it?
You can disconnect individual apps and delete things Nexthand remembers from inside the app. For anything else, such as a copy of your data or a correction, choose "Something else" in the form or email us. See our Privacy Policy for all your rights.
